Customer Satisfaction
Customer satisfaction is the most important thing to us, we want you to absolutely adore your experience with each and every treatment at Admiration. If for any reason you are unhappy with the results or anything at all, please contact us within 3 days, so that we can schedule an appointment to fix any issues.
Late Policy
If you arrive late, we will do our very best to accommodate you, however, time may not permit for us to honor your full service and your appointment may be shortened and/or rescheduled to ensure we are on schedule for our next client. If you arrive 15 minutes late or more we will need to reschedule your appointment so we can provide you with the absolute best quality of work.
Cancellation Policy
For the courtesy of our technicians and clients on a waiting list, we have the strict policy about cancel or reschedule an appointment.
We require 24hrs notice for cancellation of your appointment or to reschedule, if adhered to your deposit will be transferred onto your new appointment. However if cancellation policy is not adhered to the full deposit will be taken as payment for loss of time caused.
All deposits are non- refundable.
Retail Product
Retail product purchases are a final sale and non- refundable.
Children Policy
For the safety of your children and as a courtesy to other clients we ask that you make child care arrangements before your appointment. Our work is very detail orientated and involves an extreme amount of concentration and focus. Please understand this is for your safety and the safety of your children. We want to provide the most enjoyable and relaxing experience for everyone.
